John and Jessica Lee

How did you meet?

We met in Psychology class. We were put in the same group for a project, and the rest is history! (Spring 2008)

What activities did the campus offer couples

John was a Sigma Pi, so a lot of what we did was affiliated with that. Also, we are both pretty active, so we spent a lot of time running the farm road and playing tennis on campus.

What did the two of you do for fun/dates?

Our first “official” date was actually on Valentines Day, and we went to the Corner Cafe (now the Black Cat). There were candles, and live music, and it was all over after that. ❤️

How many years have you been together?

We have been together for 8 years, and married for almost 6. (April 10, 2010)

Are there any special memories of you two on campus?

Well, we both ended up leaving SAU before we finished our degrees, and here we are, 8 years later, back in school together!! Just being back on campus make me remember when we first met. We are looking forward to making new memories…including GRADUATION!
