Amber Ray & Cody Ray

How/where did you meet?

We met in the Computer Lab of Talley Hall. I was up late doing homework with my Best Friend and Cody walked into the Computer lab so we started talking as she finished her homework! We talked in the Lobby after our friends went to sleep from about 11pm until 8am the next morning. He walked me to My Residents hall and asked for my phone number and from there it was history.

Are there any special memories of you two on campus

One night Cody came in from his evening class and I was finishing up some homework. I was stressed So he came into my room and he played a Brantley Gilbert song and we danced for the first time! After that the cafeteria was closed and we were both starving! We were both Broke as a joke so we ate Ramen noodles, Veggie straws and Nutella! It was so special to me because even in the midst of a broke a stressful college life we made it the best time just being together!

What did the two of you do for fun/dates?

We mainly went out to the lake or we would drive around on some backroads with friends! Many many nights we would just stay up talking while walking around campus, we went to the pond and would just talk for hours!

How many years have you been together?

Together for 6 years married almost 2!
