Additional Policies
- SAU does not encourage the use of alcoholic beverages. SAU-sponsored events for students must be alcohol-free. More information on our alcohol policy.
- The SAU Alumni Center is closed on all acknowledged holiday weekends.
- Rentals are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Rentals require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
- Organizer will be liable for any/all damage to the facility.
- Event security may be required by Southern Arkansas University.
